This document sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of this website and the purchase of items through this website. By using this website or placing an order through it, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms. Please read through these Terms prior to using this website. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this website. These Terms may be amended. By purchasing any product from this website, you enter into a contract with us on these terms. The website is controlled and operated in Slovenia. Any terms and conditions concerning the usage of this website will be governed by the laws of Slovenia and any dispute concerning the use of this website will be determined exclusively by the Slovenian courts. If you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights as such. Product Quality: We take great care to describe our products correctly in terms of appearance, colour, texture and finish, and to show photographs with good colour quality. However, some slight variations may occur, particularly in colour. Additionally, what you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. If you believe that the website picture or description was inaccurate and you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Stock Availability: If any product appears to be out of stock on the website, please contact us and we will do our best to make the product upon request, subject to the availability of the fabric.
Placing an Order: When placing an order you confirm that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are authorized to use the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. When you place an order on this website, an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order will be sent to the e-mail you provided upon order. Our e-mail can sometimes accidentally end up in your junk folder and/or maybe flagged by spam filters. Please check these folders. If you have not received an acknowledgment e-mail from us, please contact us.
We will send you another e-mail upon dispatch of the goods that you ordered to your address. It is upon the sending of this dispatch e-mail that the contract between us is formed. An e-receipt will also be enclosed in this e-mail. Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct and your mailbox is working properly, as both the acknowledgment e-mail and the dispatch e-mail with the e-receipt are sent to that e-mail address.
Payment: You can pay via direct bank transfer or cash upon delivery (only for Slovenian residents). We also accept Paypal. All prices are charged in Euros. Currency is not subject to change. Dispatch, shipping, and delivery.
Dispatch: Your order will normally be dispatched to you within 3-7 business days, depending on the stock availability of the product or if otherwise stated so. Most goods are sown on order so the process can take longer with some. You are welcome to contact us before placing an order to inquire when a particular product can be dispatched. If you want to edit your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us through our contact page and we will do our best to change the address. Please note that we cannot modify your shipping details once the order has been processed by us. We are also unable to modify the route of a parcel once it has been shipped. Upon editing your shipping address, we will notify you about any changes to the shipping costs.
Shipping times: Shipping times may vary. Most orders to Slovenia arrive within 1-3 business days. International orders can take up to 21 days. We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example, extreme weather, a flood, or fire. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
If you do not receive your order within the estimated times, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can help and provide the order as soon as possible.
Shipping costs: All shipping costs are calculated before you pay at check out. Small additional charges can take place when choosing payment on delivery, due to post offices price ranges.
Shipping costs for orders outside Slovenia vary based on the choice of a shipping company and the quantity and size of products. If the item is oversized, we will contact you before charging more than usual. Please note that Customs & Excise Duties may apply regarding countries outside the EU. Payments of Customs & Excise duties are always the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items lost in the post: The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you. If an item goes missing while in the post or a customer has highlighted to us that an order of theirs has not been received, outside the estimated time for arrival, a refund/exchange will only be given if the courier company used by us accepts the status of the parcel as missing.
If you think that your order is missing, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can inquire into the matter and resolve it, as appropriate.
After dispatch, our returns policy will apply.
We have an 8 day return policy after receiving your order. An order of a product made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized cannot be changed or canceled after the order confirmation. However, if you wish to do so, please contact us and we will try our best to help.
Returns: We have an 8 day return policy after receiving your order. At the time of return we ask you to provide your receipt and explanation of why the item is being returned. Returned items should be in the same shape as received. If it comes to unexpected tears or any other form of badly treated product we can decline the return. Same applies for changes (size/color…) If there is a mistake made by us contact us and we will take care of the return or exchange.
Re-selling our products: For retailer or distribution inquiries, please contact us and we will be happy to further assist you.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Our right to vary these terms and conditions. We have the right to revise and amend these terms. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority.
